New Chairman for the Wellensian Association

At the Annual General Meeting, held in the Wellensian Room at Wells Cathedral School on Saturday 3^rd July, George Bunting was elected as the new Chairman to succeed Chris Neave.

Chris, who deserves a medal (if we had one to give!) has retired after 14 years of service to the Association.

George says "Although Chris will be a hard act to follow, I hope also to make a contribution to the Association and to introduce a few new ideas over the next year. I am always astonished at the range of skills and life experiences that OWs have. I am sure we could mobilise just some of these to the benefit of upcoming Wellensians in the current generation at WCS. Please expect to hear from me with invitations to get involved!"
