The Wells Music Society of Hong Kong
Musical talent is found in abundance in Hong Kong, throughout China and the rest of Asia. But while many strive and sacrifce to develop their skills and repertoire, there are some exceptionally promising young people who simply cannot adequately develop their talents due to the limited opportunities that exist. The Wells Music Society of Hong Kong has been legally established as a company limited by guarantee and a charity. It was formed to benefit these gifted and deserving children.
The first formal meeting of the Board was held in May 2010, with Dr Yip Wai-hong being formally appointed as Honorary Chairman, Christopher Jackson as Chairman, Bryan Carter as Deputy Chairman and Nicola Taylor as Treasurer. The Wells Music Society of Hong Kong has been formed for the benefit of these gifted and deserving children.
